Torc-Tech 3000 Bar Bolt Tensioning Pump
The Torc-Tech HLP3-30 model electric motor driven hydraulic pump is designed for high-pressure test operations and bolt tensioning applications. The pump is equipped with pressure adjustment valve and pressure can be adjusted smoothly from 700 to 2000 bar. The HLP3-30 hydraulic pump has a two-speed hydraulic pump unit inside. It has an oil pumping capacity of 6 liters per minute at low pressure and 0.3 liters per minute at 3000 bar.

Cooling System – High Performance
The HLP3-30 3000 bar hydraulic bolt tensioning pump provides high performance with its 1.1 kW electric motor and it is equipped with cooling system. The hydraulic power unit is available in two versions: 220V/50Hz and 115V/60Hz.
Dual Pressure Output – 3000 Bar Pressure Gauge
The HLP3-30 3000 bar hydraulic power unit is equipped with dual pressure output ports. The connection is made with G1/4” metal contact sealing technology. Two pressure ports, allowing two devices to be pressurized simultaneously.
